With Android Karenina, we're taking this in quite a different direction.

New author, new plague.

What do you think Ms. Austen would have to say?

She had not seen him since that one interview in her office.

What do you mean? Her turn would come next. Dont wait for me, Dagny. By giving it no thought. Why, yes, yes, of course. The cry broke out involuntarily. You cannot expect them to support science. The sincerity of his voice was genuine.

Yay for Mr. Tolstoy and Ms. Austen...

Wonderful new addition to the "Classics" series. I am sure Leo Tolstoy would be incredibily honored to know his work will reach new audiences via robots and space travel. As for Ms. Austen, I imagine she is equally thrilled. The afterlife paparazzi are really hounding her as of late, given the success of PPZ and SSSM. So, she is relieved that some of the attention will now transfer to her good pal, Leo. All these romances mashed with gore has everyone in the Valentine's mood...Kudos to Quirk for such an accomplishment!

"How much am I getting in royalties?"

And on that note, still no sign of the PPZ deluxe edition I won . . .

Still, glad you're re-establishing the 'Funny mashup' approach rather than continuing further in the PPZ world; not that I'm complaining, but it just got odd to see Austen get a co-author credit on the prequel.

We did end up removing the co-author credit from the final cover. Initially we wanted to make sure it was shelved alongside PPZ and SSSM in bookstores. However, we decided that, yes, it was confusing, and no, it didn't make sense.

So yes, we agree!

You never got it? We'll re-send today. We've been having issues with some of our packages getting sent back. (Likely due to mass holiday confusion.)

Oh, that's good to hear. I understand that you'd want it shelved in the same spot, but it was still kinda weird to see.

As for the package, no worries -- glitches in the postal system will happen, and I've won other contests online either to be told "Oh, we don't ship to Canada." or simply never hear from them again. Good to know you're cool about it!

address!!!

Hey! Can't seem to find your address. email me at tiffany@quirkbooks.com and we'll figure this out yet. I know we shipped it via the regular postal service (not UPS) so maybe that was the issue.
